An Evening of Coastal Cuisine, Exceptional Wine & Conservation

Harry’s Continental Kitchens • Longboat Key, Florida

A rare opportunity to experience one of the Gulf Coast’s most meaningful culinary evenings while directly supporting the future of Florida’s shoreline ecosystems.

Presented by Jackson Family Wines and benefiting Pine Island Redfish and MANG Foundation, Sea to Table is more than a wine dinner. It’s a celebration of Florida’s coastlines, fisheries, and the future of sustainable food systems.

Guests will enjoy a sparkling welcome reception featuring oysters and passed hors d’oeuvres before sitting down to a thoughtfully paired four-course coastal dinner crafted by the Harry’s Continental Kitchens culinary team.

Along the way, you’ll hear the stories behind the food on your plate, the wines in your glass, and the organizations working to protect the ecosystems that make life on the Gulf Coast possible.

BENEFITING FLORIDA’S COASTLINES

Together, these organizations represent a powerful vision for the future of Florida’s waterways and coastal communities.

Pine Island Redfish is redefining sustainable seafood through innovative land-based aquaculture systems that raise native redfish without impacting wild fish populations. Their operation also supports mangrove cultivation efforts used in coastal restoration projects throughout Florida.

Since 2015, MANG Foundation has planted more than 833,000 mangroves across Florida and beyond. Mangroves are critical to protecting shorelines, supporting marine ecosystems, improving water quality, and strengthening coastal resilience.
